Levité was conceived from the pursuit of a singular sensation — the feeling that a piece of cutlery weighs almost nothing, yet performs with absolute confidence. Our designers studied the ergonomics of the human grip, mapping pressure points and natural wrist movements to arrive at a silhouette that seems to float between the fingers.

Each curve and taper was refined through extensive prototyping until the collection achieved its defining quality: the disappearing tool. When the cutlery feels this natural, the diner’s attention returns to what matters most — the food, the conversation, and the moment.
